As a result of my search to bake the perfect strawberry cheesecake, I would like to share the easiest recipe with you. The taste will make people think that you spent many hours in the kitchen to make this. Enjoy!
Easy Strawberry Cheesecake
2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 (8-oz.) packages softened cream cheese
200 ml condensed milk
3 whole eggs
2 tsps. lemon juice
1 can of strawberries
Preheat oven to 300ºF.
Combine sugar, crumbs, and butter; press firmly on a 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Using a mixer, beat cream cheese in a bowl until fluffy. Add the condensed milk gradually while beating. When the mixture is smooth, add lemon juice and eggs. Mix well.
Pour into the crust and bake for 50 minutes or until center is a bit jiggly but edge is set. Let cool for an hour and chill for 4 hours or more.
Top with strawberries.
You can keep this in fridge for a couple of weeks, although I doubt it will last that long.
